Same team again except JRod in for Long and I suspect Gabbi will be eased in off the bench (if he makes it).

He has been superb since about November. Has really won me over and has benefited from having a consistent run in the side.

Very happy for him and despite what some (not all) say in here, its well deserved.

I think he played some really nice one touch around the corner passes into the box a few times, more so than people seem to realise or remember

I thought Ward-Prowse was superb

Hojbjerg is flashy but he really can be a liability sometimes. I feel like he has gone backwards a bit since the start of the season. Jumps in on tackles, misplaces passes and forgot his shooting boots today!

Ward-Prowse was man of the match for me. Dictated our tempo, scored a nice goal and should have had 3 or 4 assists if our finishing was better.

Hojbjerg having a poor game, Ward-Prowse the scapegoat again though.

He was superb tonight. He missed a few chances but he took one of them and his movement and energy up and down was fantastic.

Yeh great measured post. I didn't see the game (first one I've missed this season) but I heard he looked good when he came on?

Yeh agreed about the lack of charisma, I'm over it, it inspires nothing.

Criminal not to start Bertrand. Tadic was poor, JRod wasn't great. I actually thought a few of our players had a good game- Redmond and Ward-Prowse included. But the problem for me is no longer singling out individuals anyway, Puel is surely under alot of pressure because his style of football just isn't working at the moment.

Really bad lately, but like some of our other inconsistent players he is still very young.
