Nope, the blokes a cun* and for that reason I would like to see him suffer (some might call it Karma). Like I said previously, I have no issue with him leaving. It's the way he went about it. I have no issue with players like Morgan (to a degree), Lambert, Mane, Pelle ect leaving for better career or financial prospects but they acted in the correct way. Lovren get dogs abuse yet Lallana acted no differently (using his mates in the media ect...) He even signed a Liverpool shirt (during the period of all the speculation) whilst away with England. How disrespectful to your current employers who brought you up and made you the player you are? I wouldn't accept that from any player, let alone your captain. Agree the club have moved on but that doesn't mean we should forgot the fact he is a complete wan*er. added to the fact that he seems to crumble every time the crowd gets on at him.

Was towards the back end of the season that I heard it was likely for him to be off - that would explain. Agree about Bailey can't think of many with more experience than him who you could have all season for all formats.

I reckon it'll make it down to 3 aways which is where I fit in. Unfortunately I will be traveling to Prague when they go on sale! Not to bothered if I miss this one anyway with it being Sunday 1:30 on Sky and the fact I've prioritised European aways this year.

How anyone could not hate Lallana is beyond me. Its not that he left, it's the way he went about it. Much worse than Lovren who had no affiliation to the club. The blokes a rat and you could tell that by the send off the club gave him - never welcome back imo.

Has he not started every EL & Cup game? Has nothing to do with him being good enough, that's just how rotation works. Only player who hasn't been rotated is Romeu and that's only because we don't have anyone else to fill this position.

To be fair, a lot of teams haven't been taking this too seriously and have found ways around the rules (i.e swapping GK after 5 minutes)

Don't agree with what they have done to the competition, but can see why we have entered our u23's. Now we're in it, I want to see us go as far as possible and will hopefully give some of the younger lads vital experience without having to go on loan. Really like the look of Sims, every time I've seen the u21/u23's play (not that often) he's been stand out player for me. Could be slightly to lightweight for first team football just yet though.

It's not that at all. It seems he would like a move to united and given his age, I don't blame him. Do I think we could do better? Yes, especially given our recruitment in that position over the last couple of years. Fonte's been a fantastic player for us over the last 6 years, but sometimes it's the time is right to move a player on (Look at Lambert).

VVD will not be sold in January. I can 100% guarantee you that. Hasn't LeG already said he'll be made captain next year and be sold off to Barca the year after?

Serious question... would anyone be overly bothered if he was replaced next season? Great servant for us, but feel like it's time for us to move on and get someone younger in that position to replace VVD when he leaves.

If it has a detrimental affect on opposition players, would you not say this is supporting your own team? And how do you classify supporting your own team? I generally only miss 2 or 3 games a season (home and away), is this not supporting my team?

Can't see anything but a heavy defeat here and the same would apply to any team playing Liverpool at the moment. Coutinho and Sturridge always seem to get at least 1 against us at home and Mane to get a couple if he continues to play like he has been. RB worries me as I'm not convinced that any of the 3 options we have in that position are good enough. Coutinho could have a field day. I'd be tempted to play a front 3 of Boufal, Redmond and Tadic to use Redmond's pace in behind their high defensive line.

Am i correct in thinking, that in the next round, we can only play a team in groups G - L / a CL drop out, or is the 2 different sides of the draw now irrelevant? I know we can't play an English team until about the round of 16 when I was under the understanding the 2 sides of the draw merge?

CF and a DM priority for me. Romeu has done well, but we desperately need cover in this position for when he is injured / suspended. Cabaye wouldn't be a bad shout as he could provide some creativity from midfield that we are currently lacking, IMO. Would have him over JWP or Clasie any day of the week. Wouldn't mind a loan move for Ben Arfa either... or is that just being greedy?
