It’s actually really frustrating as Lemina is the sort of player we’re crying out for and I think would suit Ralph’s system. He has a bit of Naby Keita at RB about him. However, his time is clearly up here. His attitude is / was a disgrace and in a team that’s inevitably gonna struggle next season, he’s not the type we need around. £8m would be a great result for the club.

Agree. It took be 2 minutes to rumble Chapel end as being Always, couldn’t put my finger in Antrim. Far too intelligent to be Always, although he did follow him around a bit.
-
Weird. I was just catching up and I was just about to comment on this. Just another coincidence surrounding Chaple End, I’m sure.
-
Can’t imagine he’ll be leaving the best ‘B’ team in the country to join ours… He’ll be in and around the first team.
-
Looks like Everton have picked up Demarai Gray for 1.6m. Can’t help but feel like we’ve missed a trick not being in him for this price (in fairness, who knows, maybe we were interested). A significant upgrade on Redmond and whilst having a quiet few years a snip at that price.
-
Alderweireld on loan and VvD was 13m. Obviously transfer fee’s have increased over the years, however there are still good players out there at affordable prices. look at Leicester, as a prime example.
-
I Remember the days when we replaced Lovern with Alderweireld and then Alderweireld with van Dijk. Not slating the lad, he looks like he’ll be ideal for the future (Although, assuming he’s joined with the idea of being in / around the 1st team) just shows how far we’ve fallen in the scouting department. Personally, id rather he replaced Stephens (if we could find a buyer) and we find an upgrade on Vestergaard / Bedernak. Both of whom aren’t very good.
-
Nonsense. The latest England team had CM starters from Leeds and West Ham. And started the euros with a CB from Villa. If you’re good enough, you’ll get in. If he moves to city, yes he’ll likely get in. Not because of the name of the club he plays for, but because at a better team, like city, he’ll bang in 20 goals.
-
Yep; these Russian / Chinese bots have done an absolute number on everyone.
-
Pretty much as I expected. As I said, deserve the book thrown at them by the club. Young lads though, so hopefully they’re educated, apologise and it hasn’t thrown a career away for them.
-
So, essentially if what you’re saying is correct, but You slagging off Redmond every. Single. Game. You’re a racist scumbag. Got ya.
-
This may open a can of worms and I’m not for one minute condoning what they done, however; I note police are involved in those 3 moron skates. Have they actually committed a crime? Is using hateful / racist language in a private forum (from what I could see that was a chat between mates) actually illegal? Not trying to be sarcy or funny and they deserve the book thrown at them by the club, this is a genuine question.
-
Of course I don’t know the motive, however, I’d say because they missed the penalty is a pretty solid guess. After all, Mings, Sterling, Walker, DCL didn’t get any abuse on it, did they…
-
Who’s said they weren’t? They were by a handful of idiots. the graffiti on the mural wasn’t racist though.
-
Nope. Reaction in proportion. Report on the positives on and off the pitch which far outweighs the negatives cause by a tiny minority of idiots. As per. ive pointed out 2 racist incidents cause by black men. One of which is far, far worse than a few emojis from a fake account online. Yet they get no publicity.
-
As I said, common sense has gone.
-
I’ve also seen videos of a white man getting beaten up, pretty badly, buy 3 Somalian blokes (had a Somalian flag on the snap chat) singing it’s coming home to torment him. I’ve also seen videos of black men singing ‘give it to the black guy, he’ll score’. so yes, racism did occur, there are mindless idiots of all shape, size and colour. does it need to be front page news? No.
-
From the evidence you’ve seen, Do you believe this is a racist incident? If not, do you feel like treating this (I.e any abuse directed at a black man) as racist is a slippery slope? If it comes out that there was a racist comments in the small print, I’ll happily apologise. I don’t believe there was though and I don’t believe this was racially motivated.
-
Every other word on the black background showing up fine apart from the racist ones, it seems
-
If In doubt assume it’s racist. Right, got it.
-
-
The word before ‘bastard’ isn’t clear, but I’ve seen reports of it being either ‘bucket’ or ‘basket’. Either way, not racist.
-
Suspect it’s probably an option of a few players were trying to shift. From what I know, I’ll be amazed if Long moves back up north.
-
It’s actually sad and depressing that the actions of a tiny minority is and has been given more publicity than England reaching their first final in 55 years. The overreaction to this and the idiots breaking into Wembley, is crazy. I’ve seen people in the media saying that they are scared to go to an England game again (as if this is a regular thing and the overwhelming majority of games here weren't peaceful and a success). Those who seek division between us are absolutely lapping this up.
-
The abuse was directed only at the 2 Manchester United players, no mention of saka and absolutely nothing racial about it. It doesn’t take a genius to realise that perhaps it was a city or Liverpool fan rather than some right wing nationalist. Were essentially at a point where any criticism of a person of colour is now considered a racial act. Common sense in The world has gone, completely gone.
