  1. Aging Davis? I take it you didn't watch him playing tonight for Northern Ireland v Norway? Covered every blade, composed, precision passing, the class player on the pitch by a mile and, for the upteenth time in Internation football...MOTM. Don't write him off yet, at 32, he's at least 2 seasons at the top level to give.
  2. Fraser Forster.......rapidly losing faith in the guy. Can't actually remember the last time the big guy has made a half decent save. These past few months it's seems that virtually every opposition shot on target, is destined for the back of our net. Hate to say it but Fraser is becoming a liability.
  3. F*ck sake JRod. You can't be missing those.
  4. On tonight's performance, I agree. I'm a big fan of davis but this game is begging for Tadic to replace Davis.
  5. Agree 100%. The way I see it, we have 3 chances at winning a cup (FA Cup, EFL Cup and Europa League). Let's go balls out for one of those trophies. Rest players (still not convince professional players need 'resting' from 2 x 90 mins per week tbh) in the Prem and just do enough to stay up.
  6. Hmmmm...that's bit like asking which of your children do you love best. Hard to choose. Personally, I'd settle for mid table/lower half Prem finish, if it mean't a cup final appearance this season. So Arsenal and Beersheeba wins please.
  7. Year upon year, I hope for a comeback of this: (please God, make it happen this time )
  8. Yip, I agree fully. I possibly went a little over the top with 'LIGHT YEARS ahead' but the point remains, we are nowhere close to being dragged into a relegation battle. We'll finish somewhere between 5th and 10th.
  9. Absolute bull. FFS....one bad result and the bed wetters start predicting a relegation scrap. Get real. The Hull result was one of those freak results thaat come along every so often. For at leat 70 - 80 mins of that game it was men against boys. We are LIGHT YEARS ahead of the Hulls, Sunderlands, West Broms, Swanseas and Burnleys. We are streets ahead of Watfor, Stoke, Middlesboro, Palace, Bournemough and West Ham. We are marginally better than Everton, Leicester and fairly close to Spurs and Man Utd. Arsenal and Liverpool and ahed of us and Man City and Chelsea are much superior. We've dominated many games this season but failed to put teams away. That will come. Pull yourself together man. We march on.
  10. Glad to be through. Thought Yoshida looked very decent tonight alongside Fonte. JWP struggling for any kind of form it would seem...and, by my reckoning, he slips another notch down the midfield ranks. Harrison Reed > JWP
  11. Well done mate. It was a tight, cagey game which could have went either way but, as predicted by many, Bale proved to be the bit of quality that we lacked. Best of luck in the quarter-finals and beyond hopefully. Would absolutely love to see Wales do a Leicester.
  12. Agreed mate, let's hope for a cracker. My comment was firmly tongue in cheek, you are big favourites to beat us and rightly so. Massive opportunity for the winners imo.
  13. Wales voted 'leave'. Northern Ireland voted 'remain'. It'll be a joy to give them their wish tomorrow.
  14. Jammy git. Did you manage to get hold of a ticket? Should be some atmosphere.
  15. I'm thanking Roy for giving us a crack at the Welsh. I make them big favourites to beat us on current form.....but in a one-off game with so much at stake...who knows. Penalties await imo.
