there it is again. We had numbers but Redmond held up and then the defense regrouped

We need more creativity and attacking from the midfield. Instead of pushing we start going sideways, allowing CP to organize and pack it in. The forwards are always an easy target for the board when this happens, but they can't do something with no service. Austin and Redmond get touches away from the goal, but nothing comes to them in the box. We need to break CP down in midfield and then push forward and hit the attackeds on their runs. Right now we are just passing it around and then trying an eventual cross.

We need to come out attacking. Way too many backwards and sideways passes. We are playing like we are up 2-0. We need a quick goal to get back in it.

I bet Jay Rod is kicking himself for getting talked out of leaving during the last transfer window. He needs to go somewhere he can play, and see if he can return to form (or not). To me this means moving down a league and going to someone like QPR.

Could have easily been 4-0. Austin should have had 2 goals and an assist. Great save by Stek and then JWP misses and open net. We completely outplayed Everton, and we deserved the 3 points.

This is a big match, and I think we'll be ready to play today. At home, after a somewhat disappointing match away, fading a little in the PL table, I bet the players feel the urgency. 3-1 Saints.

What a great match Swansea-CP was. When Fer gets 2 goals you know something strange is happening. Two goals at home, in extra time to win it.

I'm to the point where I'd rather see what Gallagher can do in our rotation, in place of JRod. He's young, big, and getting better.
