Our defence looks completely unorganized. Ralph should recognize we just don't have the players to go 3 in the back like he wants. Its about finding a scheme to win with what you have, not just putting in a formation regardless of the talent because you like it

Brighton certainly needs to be in the relegation debate. Out of their remaining 12 matches, they could realistically lose 10 (I gave them wins over Hudds and Cardif although even thats up for debate). We play them at the end of March, a huge game that could seal their fate. I think the 3 going down are: Hudds Fulham Brighton

I've been very supportive of Ralph, but today was a huge mistake. It was ridiculously evident that Austin should have started. We became much more active when he entered the match in the 70th minute. I get having a preferred style of play, but it also has to be adjusted based on the talent you have

Don't be dense. Ralph selected Long, leading to Gabbi leaving and almost Austin. You know thats what I meant. Ralph made the decision that running around aimlessly with is more important that scoring actual goals and making meaningful runs.

'm absolutely baffled by why Ralph selected Long over both Gabbi and Austin. Long is useless.

Any manager who selects Shane Long over Gabbi and Austin deserves to be criticized.
