Wow this is bad. The manager absolutely refuses to change his system no matter what. The players have completely lost confidence in it, especially playing from the back constantly no matter what the situation. They are tentative and don't seem to know what to do. This is on the manager in my opinion. Play a system your players can play

Managers need to properly evaluate the talent they have, and then figure out a way to win with it. Unsuccessful managers force a style on the team without consideration for the talent level/styles that he is managing.

Armstrong is on fire lately

The Womens team is unbelievably good. The distance they have come up the pyramid over the past 3-4 years is nothing short of amazing. Spacey-Cale, the manager, deserves a huge amount of credit

As I just wrote on another thread, keep the guy. Tactics are tactics and everyone knows them. Get the guy the players want to play for. Sometimes it is because of reputation, like a Klopp, or sometimes it is a guy the players like. I vote we keep the guy who just beat Chelsea and wants the job. rather than find another manager like Jones who is here for the paycheck.

I like the way Selles dresses, we should keep him. Seriously if the players want to play for the guy then keep him. Tactics are tactics, and everyone knows them. What makes the difference is players wanting to play, for whatever reason. Whether it is based on a manager reputation, like Klopp, or a younger guy like Selles who they like. We can either keep floundering around and find another Nathan Jones or keep the guy who just beat Chelsea.
