See I think they will loan him back to us, regular epl game time will get him to where Chelsea want, what benefit is playing in Holland, France Belgium or Italy. Unless he's playing Champions league he'd learn more in Premier league, they won't sell him to another top 4 side or probably Newcastle and if he can get say 12-15 in a Saints side 2 seasons running then Chelsea will know he's ready, he won't be loaned out to a team who plays same formation as Chelsea as Tuchel probably won't be there in 18mths so there be onto another Manager/formation

It's the final ball/decision making that needs improving, but in split seconds it's extremely difficult to get the correct call, Armstrong should've passed the ball along but then so should Broja , But it's good to see that the players have the confidence and are willing to accept the ball instead of hiding from it

But there's a chance they'll lose Rudiger and Salisu is a much better cb than Christensen and Thiago Silva can't go on forever

It's not his general play as that is pretty good, brave, strong, aggressive but its his awareness that let's him down, often ball watching leaving free headers, as others said perfectly good squad player plus I think we'd get more money for JB when we decide to upgrade

I also would keep Bednarek but purely as squad player and get rid of Stephens, From what I've seen of Lyanco imo he is poor, far to rash and positional poor for this league, Ralph doesn't help by getting them pushing up and diving into tackles high up the pitch, the 3 or 4 times Brentford caused us problems was because Lyanco dived in and missed tackles, Salisu does the same but gets away with it a bit more
