You have obviously never fished seriously then, try putting back a fish that has greedily swallowed a large 6/0 hook! To take the hook out, is to pull his guts out as well. Or, cut the line and throw it back with the hook still attached to the inside of its throat!! Not all fish are returned alive , don't be silly.
