Good for us, both Austin and Remond have very good experience in fighting in relegation battles, though they lost last time.
-
Schneiderlin remains, warming the bench.
-
No, not even for free
-
And it is a win-win deal. He will be qualified to go to Liverpool after 1 or 2 year (certainly, he needs to score against Liverpool) and we will continue to earn £30-40 million from Liverpool every year.

I was over the moon when we beat Liverpool by 3-2 as Mane scored twice and we came from behind. Mane will be sorely missed. -

So new manager will only be announced after all these fire sales so as to avoid embarrassing questions of lack of ambition pointing to the new manager? -

I think Redmond is just a suitable replacement as we will be fighting in the relegation battle next season. -
As our star players are going and are replaced by cheaper ones, should we turn to a manager who is expertise in relegation battle? Di Canio in my mind.

We are well known as a stepping stone for players and managers to big clubs. For those players and managers who are nobody in preimer league but have potential and ambition to go to big clubs. Therefore, Pellegreni, Hiddink and other big names are not in. Let's be realistic. We will continue to recruit players you never heard and sell our big players every summer.

Leicester have decided not to sell their best players
HKsaint replied to Nordic Saint's topic in The Saints
It is simple. We don't pay the salaries that other clubs are willing to pay. So our star players are going. If you were any of them, you will follow suit. Leicester is willing to pay the same salaries as others are willing to pay. So Vardy stays. -
Giggs? will be interesting to see how he could hide his happiness and disappointment when ManU scored against us and vice versa. Or he simply forgot he was whose manager. haha

No manager would be happy seeing the team that he built up going to be dismantled every year. However, it has become our culture selling good players, Lallana, Shaw, Schneiderlin, Clyne, Alderwiereld (losing), and now Wanyama and Mane. People say it is because they were in the last one or two year contract. Every team have their players running our of contracts, but it appears that only our team cannot retain our star players. Stones, Berahino and Vardy are not going anywhere at the moment.

I start to appreciate why Koeman is not staying. Same for MP and any ambitious manager.

But can we sign a longer contract or a contract with an option to extend? I am sick of all these saga every summer. -
And after one or two seasons, spur will sell him at £50m
-
Remember how poor we were when wanyama was absent.
-
It is very hard to accept that wanyama will go to spur in cheap, given the alderweireld saga last year.
-
Gaston will score against us!
-
It would be ridiculous if Redmond and Wanyama are on the same price, given their different levels.
-
delighted to note that Pelle outplayed Alderweid.
-
I think Everton will follow the path of newcastle
-
Roy dares not to play Vardy aa he is not from a big club, same as Bertrand. But those guys from big clubs are guaranteed with starting such as lallana, sterling, even though they were poor for the whole year. I would be surprised if Vardy turn down Arsenal offer after this lesson.
-
He scored for Japan again. Should we turn him to midfielder?
-
Previously, our manager left for Spur, but now our manager left for everton, and Bournemouth manager snatched the chance to come. I start worrying.
