RedAndWhite91 Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 I'm after some help - last night I tried registering my customer number on the OS, on the online sales section, so I could link it to my mate's account (He buys my tickets). However, after I had entered all the info, it said I've already registered. I know that I haven't already registered, and so I've emailed the club, but they haven't got back to me. I'm confused as to why it has done this, has it happened to anyone else, and does anyone know what to do?! Thanks in advance.
Block 5 Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 Did your mate link your customer number to his online account already?
RedAndWhite91 Posted 2 February, 2010 Author Posted 2 February, 2010 I think he may have done that recently, yeah.
Block 5 Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 I'm not sure what it is you're trying to do. Your friend has linked your customer number to his account, surely that's job done?

Ah right, cool. He sent me a text saying I need to create an account and told me what to do, and when I went to do it, that's when I encountered the problems. I'll leave it then, cheers for the info Block 5.

If you actually want to use your account rather than just have your mate do it all the time, then email David Luker, he'll forward it for someone to reset your password. The issue is that the system has a blank email address set on your account for you, so when you use Cust # and password it recognises the number and says you're already registered on there, but when you try to use your email address to get the password reset it doesn't match up and doesn't have anywhere to send it.
Dibden Purlieu Saint Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 How do I find out my customer number?
GenevaSaint Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 How do I find out my customer number? I have the same issue! Used to have a ST, no longer, no idea of customer number for ticket purchase!
Dibden Purlieu Saint Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 I have the same issue! Used to have a ST, no longer, no idea of customer number for ticket purchase! Maybe if we phone the ticket hotline they may be able to tell us.
Block 5 Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 Maybe if we phone the ticket hotline they may be able to tell us. Good luck with that. They're a little busy at the moment, expect a wait of 10 minutes or so on hold.
Dibden Purlieu Saint Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 Good luck with that. They're a little busy at the moment, expect a wait of 10 minutes or so on hold. Yeah, just trying to think of a way of getting it. Any ideas? Hmmmm...
Scummer Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 I have the same issue! Used to have a ST, no longer, no idea of customer number for ticket purchase! Have you got an old season ticket or membership card? It'll be on there.

saint_stevo Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 I have the exact same problem...e-mailed tickets@saintsfc.co.uk but not heard back yet.....
rick1976.4.38 Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 email sarah draper at saints, very helpful and sorted my account out.
Saint_Ash Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 I have the exact same problem...e-mailed tickets@saintsfc.co.uk but not heard back yet..... I emailed the exact same problem yesterday and not heard back yet, they probably don't want people to try and get pompey tickets through the online system.
The9 Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 I emailed the exact same problem yesterday and not heard back yet, they probably don't want people to try and get pompey tickets through the online system. I should think they probably do. Guarantees you're on the database and means they don't have to hire as many staff at the windows.
Saint_Ash Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 When I got my MK dons tickets earlier in the week, the woman at the ticket office gave me my customer number but said I couldn't use it to buy online until after the pompey game. So maybe they're being more strict for this game.
Saint_Ash Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 Same here. From over 10 years ago, I'd just never registered before to buy online tickets.
RedWillie Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 You can't buy online for the Pompey game unless you are a STH. From this Thursday it is phone or in person and you have to get another match booked at the same time....
Block 5 Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 How do I find out my customer number? If you no longer have any documentation with your customer number on, you have 3 options. 1. Email the address that Saint Stevo gave. 2. Telephone (long waits). 3. In person at the ticket office. If you are intending to buy your tickets over the phone or in person, you don't actually need your customer number, your name and address details should suffice. They will be able to give you your customer number at the same time. (Besides....... I am NOT a number, I am a free man etc etc.)
grammy Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 I had same problem. E-mailed the club and they said Enter Customer no in username. Then in password type: football. It then says this password has expired and gives you the option to reset it. It worked for me.

grammy Posted 2 February, 2010 Posted 2 February, 2010 Glad it worked mate. Have you got your skate ticket yet. Cheers mate. Got back from footy and had an e-mail from a very helpful lady called April Grant. Had to look twice, thought it said Avram at first! Skate ticket is proudly displayed on the sideboard in the kitchen. Bring em on!

Phoned the club for the same reason & says already registered. Doesn't allow you to register it all online (I.e. Need customer no from the club) although I got my number & still can't register. Emailed the club & still not heard back. The club need to really improve the online ticket system as it's poor.
saint_stevo Posted 3 February, 2010 Posted 3 February, 2010 3 e mails in 3 days and still no reply. Is david lukers address dluker@saintsfc.co.uk? He may be my next stop. Agreed, they promote online sales yet they have a crap system to take them!
