So, White didn't bat an eyelid when Jordan slipped the rumour into conversation. Given White's supposed close ties with Dragan, you'd have expected him to pull Jordan up on it, or at least raise an eyebrow, if there was zero truth in the rumour... Make of that what you will...

Both BBC Solent and the Echo say they knew about this rumour several days ago. Call me old fashioned but wasn't there a time when journos would publish such speculation rather than keep it under their hat...? Assume they resort to the latter these days for fear of losing certain access privileges to the club's inner sanctum...?
